With centres in St. Gallen, Zurich, Vienna, Berlin, London, Beijing and Toronto, Malik is the biggest organisation in the field of general management.\nThe speaker, Dr Nam Nguyen, is an Australian and Vietnamese systems thinking scientist and management consultant, currently holding a position as Director Australia and Southeast Asia with Malik International AG, Switzerland. This presentation provided an introduction to systems thinking and complexity. It also highlighted their implications and importance in making decisions, identifying leverage points, effective and systemic strategies for individuals, companies and organisations.\n\n
