Bylaws

Please note,

• cancellations and ‘no shows’ – unless otherwise stated, refunds will only be issued for cancellations given at least 48 hours prior to the event start and only if a replacement can be found. Thank you for your understanding.
• pictures/videos taken at our events may be published on our website, in our newsletter and other promotional material; attending the event indicates your consent for publication. If you do not wish your image to be published, please inform AusCham, the photographer at the event or any AusCham staff/Board member.
• we will not share participants’ contact details without prior consent, however, if you do not wish your attendance shared to a third party via the participants’ list, please notify AusCham at the time of event registration.
• we ask guests to observe social distancing recommendations and refrain from attending events if feeling unwell.
