Partner Webinar: Introduction of Systems Thinking & Complexity to be a Key Leadership Skill
Along with our colleagues at SwissCham in Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore, the first of an event series in collaboration with Malik Management, the world’s leading company for holistic general management, leadership and governance solutions, was held via webinar. With centres in St. Gallen, Zurich, Vienna, Berlin, London, Beijing and Toronto, Malik is the biggest organisation in the field of general management.
The speaker, Dr Nam Nguyen, is an Australian and Vietnamese systems thinking scientist and management consultant, currently holding a position as Director Australia and Southeast Asia with Malik International AG, Switzerland. This presentation provided an introduction to systems thinking and complexity. It also highlighted their implications and importance in making decisions, identifying leverage points, effective and systemic strategies for individuals, companies and organisations.
