Swiss Inheritance Law and Australian Wills – what you need to know; Preceded by 2023 AGM

We were delighted to host our guests at AusCham’s Annual General Meeting for 2023, followed by an informative and thought provoking presentation by Andrea Dorjee-Good, Partner at Schellenberg Wittmer, on the recent changes to the Swiss Inheritance Law. A certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law, Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Andrea has extensive experience in the field of inheritance law and cross-border estate planning.

There was no shortage of questions from the audience in particular given Andrea’s enlightening references to Australian wills and their validity in Switzerland.

Guests then enjoyed an evening of networking with delicious Australian themed catering from AusCham’s corporate member, Jane Fine Food.
