Speakers:
Thomas Huggler is the Managing Director of University Hospital Balgrist in Zurich, with overall responsibility for the operational leadership and strategic positioning of the university orthopaedic hospital within the Swiss healthcare system. He brings extensive international management experience from senior roles in the pharmaceutical and medtech industries in Australia, Germany and Switzerland and holds a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of St. Gallen. In addition to his executive role, he serves on several boards and mandates, helping to drive innovation, research and collaboration in musculoskeletal medicine.
Pascal Hubli is Schellenberg Wittmer’s current Managing Partner and Partner in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His practice focuses on national and cross-border M&A and capital market transactions, public takeover law, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions as well as general corporate, contract and stock exchange law.
Ludger Schwinn is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Life Sciences Practice, based in Zurich. With more than 16 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience, he advises pharmaceutical and biotech companies on senior talent, leadership assessment, and organisational development across EMEA. Prior to Korn Ferry, Ludger held senior leadership positions with Roche and SmithKline Beecham (now GSK), including serving as Managing Director in Russia and the CIS, bringing a unique combination of industry and executive advisory expertise.
Vicki Tanner is a Partner at C-Matrix Communications AG, advising executives and board members in IT, digital infrastructure, and transformation driven organisations. Her work focuses on executive and board level communications where credibility, governance, and strategic alignment are critical. Vicki is also the President of the Australian Swiss Chamber of Commerce and will be moderating this event.
