Webinar: “Reaching your PB” – Observations & Conversations on Resilience, Mental Fitness & Performance

Mental health – it’s a topical issue, especially in these pandemic times. Talking about it is not often a priority, particularly in the workplace. For many, it can be uncomfortable, confusing or even seem irrelevant – but anyone can be affected by mental health issues – our partner, a family member, your friend, a colleague.

We were delighted to host a webinar with guest speakers, Alisa Camplin and Hadleigh Fischer, as we heard about their journeys that brought them to what they are passionate about today – mental fitness, resilience and performance.

Drawing from their own personal experiences, Alisa and Hadleigh provided practical and tangible tools and techniques, as well as new approaches that people can use in their daily life – not just in the workplace – to learn to identify mental health issues as well as support and empower themselves and others.
