Fantastic booked out event at Deloitte last night, where the Australian Swiss Chamber of Commerce was proud to bring together top experts for an engaging, insightful, and entertaining session that left guests informed, empowered, and ready to navigate menopause and career transitions with confidence.
Menopause is a natural phase of life, yet it remains a silent struggle in many workplaces and is a topic rarely discussed in the professional world. This was an event that aimed to foster and start open conversations and education, to break the stigma, create supportive workplaces, and ensure both employees and employers thrive. The discussions also focused on practical strategies to help build resilience, manage finances during career shifts, and plan for long-term wealth.
